Description:
The candidate will assist the Site Manager to design, develop and implement logistics programs and operation. He/She will
- Assess customer needs by establishing diagnosis of their logistics needs
- Design Logistics Operation Programs & deploy their implementation
- Take an active role in the management of the company existing logistics operations
- Monitor the relationship with customer senior management levels
- Monitor project schedule according to the contract and monitor the implementation
- Make final presentation to client
- Explore new business opportunities of current clients
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 5 years experience in logistics project management position
- Familiar with the management of warehouse, product flows and logistics system applications
- Familiar with Total Quality Management
- Analytic thinker, mature, positive and extraverted with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Well-organized and able to work in a busy environment requiring management of multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer focused, process minded, hands on, task oriented and ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English)
- Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
- Proficiency in computer software programs specifically Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) is required
- Possesses leadership abilities skills is a plus
