Description:
Provide hardware and software training to staffs
Resolves hardware, software, networking and communication problems, conflicts, and defects
Work Activities:
- Investigates, analyzes, and resolves hardware problems on elee computer systems; performs hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance, and support on a wide range of PC-based computers and peripherals.
- Analyzes and resolves problems on computer applications and systems
- Evaluates existing computer systems hardware, and performs system upgrades, based on end user requirements; installs, integrates, customizes, configures, and tests new systems and hardware; resolves configuration conflicts and errors.
- Performs routine, day-to-day hardware and software maintenance as assigned, and assists in proper upkeep and utilization of systems.
- Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art computer technology, equipment, and systems; participates in professional development activities as appropriate.
- Hardware & network installation and configuration
- Provides training and office software support to other staffs
Requirements:
- The position requires leading personalities with a service-minded attitude and good communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications
- Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of computer hardware and software problems.
- Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Has hardware, network support experience
- Good written, spoken English is preferred
