To source for products within China according to customers' requirements.

The main work activities are as follows:

To source for products requested by customers and proactively provide new product range for customers
Build up product expertise and understand the cost components of the expertise categories
Visit and evaluate suppliers
Maintain supplier relationship
Inspect product quality
Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate suppliers
Review quotations and negotiate with suppliers on prices
Prepare merchandising related reports

Requirements:

Knowledgeable about household products, stationery, cookware, baby products,
Minimum 3 years experience in merchandising with successful track record
Interest and capability in absorbing vast amount of product knowledge
Located in Ningbo or Yiwu
Independent, and self-motivated individual who is able to perform under pressure
Good Interpersonal skills & Negotiation skills
Computer literate
Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
