With over twenty years experience in the management of logistics operations in China, Jean Pierre is Elee's CEO.
From 1994 to 2001, he set up and managed Bax Global China where he designed and implemented a VMI for Dell.
Prior to this assignment, he established Calberson China operations.
Jean-Pierre has a wide experience in every aspect of logistics and supply chain management.
Believing that people's management is the key factor of best-in-class operations, Jean-Pierre is an unconditional supporter of any practice promoting trust, teamwork, employee empowerment, self-managed teams, intensive training and self-accomplishment of individuals at work.

Graduated from ParisSorbonneUniversity, he holds a BA in both Chinese studies and Economics. He is fluent in English, French and Chinese.
